Senior Accountant

We're partnering with a growing multi-office professional services firm seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support executive leadership with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, and strategic analysis. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports Support month-end and year-end close processes Manage general ledger reconciliations and financial reporting Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis Support audits, tax compliance, and multi-state reporting Deliver financial insights, KPIs, and variance analysis to leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience Strong financial reporting, general ledger accounting, budgeting, and forecasting skills Law firm or professional services experience highly preferred Experience with legal accounting software is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
