Required Skills:
- Experience operating manufacturing or industrial equipment
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math and mechanical skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with equipment troubleshooting
- Familiarity with automation technology
- Certifications in manufacturing or safety training
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Other Requirements:
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts if needed
Salary: $18 - $22 per hour, based on experience
