Resident Assistant (RA) - We are currently seeking Resident Assistants to join our team. We provide a wide array of services to seniors. The RA is responsible for providing direct care to the clients in his/her assigned area. Essential Qualifications: Must have a High School/GED diploma Must have the communication skills necessary to work with residents, families, and colleagues as a team member. Must demonstrate sensitivity to, empathy for, and an interest in the elderly and those with cognitive impairments. Must be physically able to bend, push, lift, stand extensively, and perform assigned responsibilities. Must assist with personal care for all residents Must be self-motivated and detail oriented.
