This role is integral to business development and client relationship management, reporting directly to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the preconstruction team across all levels of experience Coordinate bidding, estimating, and pre‑bid strategy Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors and owners Ensure take‑offs, estimates, and bids are accurate and delivered on time Collaborate with operations to ensure project alignment Support business development through networking, client engagement, and strategic planning Participate in industry events, job walks, and client meetings Assist with process improvements and department training Qualifications Required: 10+ years in Electrical Construction, with a strong focus on preconstruction and estimating 5+ years in leadership roles, leading and mentoring teams Strong client relationship and business development skills Experience with preconstruction software (e.g., Accubid, Primavera, LiveCount Cloud, Bluebeam, Navisworks) Solid understanding of NEC code Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to perform under tight deadlines and competing priorities Valid driver’s license Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) Colorado Journeyman or Master Electrician license Field experience and exposure to commercial, residential, and industrial construction Work Environment Fully onsite in Denver Metro Area Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Collaborative and supportive office culture Private offices and technology support provided Flexible for inclement weather or personal needs with communication Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $120,000–$170,000 (depending on experience) Bonus: 5–10% annual performance bonus Robust benefits package, including: Medical, Dental, Vision Life and AD&D Insurance HSA / FSA / Dependent Care FSA Short- and Long-Term Disability 401(k) with company match Wellness programs: Lyra Health, Omada, Hinge Health, Doctor on Demand Vehicle stipend provided Why Join This is an opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a respected name in the industry, strong corporate backing, and a culture focused on collaboration, development, and long‑term growth.
