Administrative Coordinator

Overview An established real estate valuation and counseling firm, located in the I-10/Katy Freeway corridor within the Memorial Villages, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant/Office Manager. The core responsibilities include maintaining calendars, creating and maintaining project files, preparing engagement contracts, typing general correspondence, managing invoicing, processing receivables, and routing incoming phone calls. The role also ensures the office runs efficiently by maintaining organization and stocking supplies, assisting in managing tech support and other office vendors, and assisting the team to expedite project completions. Responsibilities Maintain calendars and create/maintain project files. Prepare engagement contracts and type general correspondence. Manage invoicing, process receivables, and route incoming phone calls. Ensure the office runs efficiently by maintaining organization and stocking supplies. Assist in managing tech support and other office vendors. Assist the team in various tasks to expedite project completions. Qualifications Organized, adaptable, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping is preferred.
