NOW HIRING EXPERIENCED SAFETY TECH FOR AN INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION SITE!

We are hiring Experienced C onstruction Safety Technicians to support a large-scale, long-term industrial construction project in Phoenix, AZ . This role is ideal for safety professionals who are confident working in active job sites and enforcing compliance in fast-paced environments.

This is not an entry-level role —we’re looking for candidates who can step in and make an immediate impact.

• Conduct daily safety walks across active construction zones
• Enforce PPE compliance (hard hat, vest, gloves, eye protection, boots, fall protection)
• Monitor high-risk activities including scissor lifts and elevated work
• Identify and correct hazards (fall risks, electrical exposure, barricading issues)
• Verify required documentation (JSA, permits, Pre-Task Plans)
• Complete detailed daily safety reports and observations
• Respond to and document workplace incidents and injuries
• Support a proactive, safety-first culture on-site

• OSHA 30 Construction (REQUIRED – must be current)
• Proven experience in construction safety (industrial project experience preferred)
• Ability to confidently enforce safety standards with multiple trades
• Strong communication skills and ability to de-escalate job site conflicts
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Ability to work outdoors and walk job sites for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 General Industry (higher pay potential)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish strongly preferred)
• Additional languages (Mandarin a plus for this project)

• Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
• Some Saturdays required based on project needs

• Pay rate base on experience
• Weekly pay (direct deposit)
