Millennium Therapy – Fort Dodge Clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient rehabilitation assignment in Fort Dodge, Iowa. The position is based at 22 North 27th Street, Fort Dodge, Iowa 50501.

The assignment follows a five-day, eight-hour day-shift schedule and has an ASAP start. Candidates must have an active Iowa or compact license at the time of submission, and new graduates are not eligible for this opening.
