About the Role
The Company is seeking a President & GM for Health Systems to lead and scale its business in this sector. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of health tech innovation, driving the company's AI-driven platform that supports individuals through various stages of their health journey. This role is pivotal in bringing personalized, proactive care into homes, particularly for seniors with chronic conditions. The President & GM will be responsible for the business's strategy, growth, P&L, customer relationships, and overall performance, with a focus on technology-enabled care models delivered in partnership with health systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling enterprise healthcare technology businesses, with a deep understanding of how to sell complex solutions into health systems and develop strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities for the President & GM include owning the business line's strategy, defining competitive focus areas, and establishing the operating cadence to scale the business. The role demands a relentless, hands-on builder who can turn strategy into growth, with a strong emphasis on commercial execution, customer success, and expansion. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years' leadership experience in the healthcare technology sector, a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), and a history of engaging with senior health system executives. The position is not just about execution; it requires the ability to set the direction for the business, identify growth opportunities, and build the necessary organizational structure and leadership capabilities to support the company's growth.
