What You'll Do as a Production Worker: Measure, cut, and assemble wood components to build doors Operate sanding equipment, including orbital sanders and automatic sanding machines Use a Uni-saw to cut wood to precise lengths Stack and organize wood materials based on size and specifications Glue and assemble wood pieces to create finished doors What You Need to Bring to the Production Worker Role: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodations Skill in reading a tape measure accurately Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools Ability to stand and work on your feet for a 10-hour shift Previous manufacturing or woodworking experience is helpful but not required entry-level candidates welcome Reliable transportation to the Princeton, MN area Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
