Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to neonates in a Level II NICU setting, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
• Utilize CPAP/BiPap and manage feeding tubes and syringe pumps as required.
• Attend both vaginal and cesarean deliveries for neonatal support.
• Manage and monitor ventilators utilizing AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP.
• Float to different units as needed, while maintaining high standards of neonatal care.
• Perform dosage calculations for neonatal patients and participate in high-risk delivery situations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license, with compact license valid in Swedish facilities.
• Minimum of 2 years NICU experience required.
• Certifications required: BLS and NRP.
• Experience with Level II NICU admissions, managing neonates 32 weeks or greater.
• Demonstrated ability to attend high-risk deliveries and manage complex equipment.
• Willingness to comply with facility-specific travel compliance requirements.
