Senior Consultant, VAP

Position Summary We are seeking a hardworking, committed and intellectually curious Senior Consultant to support Trinity’s Evidence, Value, Access, and Pricing (EVAP) function, with demonstrated US healthcare system expertise. Essential Functions Lead analysis of primary and secondary data to generate meaningful value, access, and pricing insights and recommendations for biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical clients across U.S. payer and stakeholder types, including qualitative methods such as IDIs, focus groups, and ad‑boards, and quantitative project work. Support team members by coordinating and guiding the work of junior staff and communicating effectively with project managers and leadership. Create and present client‑ready materials, including research deliverables and final project reports. Provide thought leadership in evidence strategy, value, market access, and pricing through client‑ and non‑client‑related activities such as external conferences. Train and mentor junior staff during projects and through formal and informal mentorship efforts. Support business development activities, such as proposal writing, to prepare for future BD leadership roles. Contribute to the growth of the EVAP function by participating in internal initiatives focused on consultants’ professional development, training, and resources. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement in health sciences, economics, or HEOR; demonstrated interest in life sciences is a plus. Experience: 3‑4 years as a top performer within a premier biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical strategy consulting firm, focusing on U.S.‑related business questions. Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and pricing dynamics, with understanding of payer/proviver types and access nuances. Working knowledge of essential and advanced consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent analytical skills, numeric capability, and strong oral and written communication abilities in English. Proficiency in PubMed/Medline, Google Scholar, and research platforms for sourcing reimbursement data. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). General understanding of systematic review methods, clinical research design, and applicable standards and regulations for clinical trials. High attention to detail, superior organizational and time‑management skills, and ability to work under deadline pressure. Strong team player who can collaborate with cross‑functional staff. Compensation Minimum base salary of $140,000 with an annual discretionary performance bonus.
