Job Summary

A Natural Beautie is seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, beauty, and helping clients feel confident in their skin.

This is an independent contractor opportunity ideal for an esthetician who wants to grow their career while operating out of a professional, established beauty studio in a safe Atlanta neighborhood . You’ll have the ability to build and grow your own book of business while working in a supportive environment alongside other beauty professionals.

What You’ll Do

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, cleansing, exfoliation, and extractions

• Provide personalized skincare consultations based on client skin type and goals

• Recommend skincare products and treatments that support long-term skin health

• Maintain accurate client records including treatments and product recommendations

• Ensure a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment environment

• Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care

• Deliver exceptional client service and create a welcoming experience

• Build and maintain your own client base and repeat clientele

• Stay current with skincare techniques, products, and industry trends

Independent Contractor Opportunity

This role operates as a subcontractor / independent beauty professional , allowing you to grow your own business while benefiting from an established studio environment.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Work out of a professional beauty studio

• Build and grow your own book of clients

Required Qualifications

• Active Esthetician license in the State of Georgia

• Experience performing facials and skincare treatments preferred

• Strong customer service and client communication skills

• High standards for sanitation and professionalism

• Passion for skincare and helping clients achieve results

• Ability to build relationships and retain clients

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a spa, salon, or skincare clinic

• Knowledge of advanced skincare treatments and products

• Experience with lash services, waxing, or other esthetic services is a plus
