What You'll Be Doing Generate retail sales using passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service. Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete sales solution. Close sales using strong communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services. Engage with the community outside of the store, including at off‑site Verizon sponsored events. We’re hiring immediately. Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, with up to $18,000 in commissions if you hit all sales goals. Top performers may earn an additional $14,500 or more, potentially reaching a total of $65,000–$75,500 annually. Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance. One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work or military experience. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance). Openness to pick up additional shifts, especially during summer, November–December, and peak vacation periods. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Experience working in a commission‑based environment. Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
