The patient is bed-bound with extreme contractures, and is completely dependent for all ADLs. He has a colostomy, suprapubic tube, tracheostomy, and a feeding tube with a continuous tube feed. Patient receives continuous supplemental oxygen through tracheostomy. Qualifications and Requirements: Active RN license in New Jersey Experience in providing care for individuals with complex medical needs is highly preferred. Knowledge of tracheostomy care, ventilator management, Gtube feeding, and medical interventions is essential. Certification in CPR and basic life support is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a dedicated caregiving team.
