We are a tight-knit, collaborative Mid-Market Communications team partnering directly with HR organizations to announce and translate complex employee benefits into clear, engaging, and beautiful marketing materials. You won't just be pushing paper; you will be the driving force ensuring thousands of employees understand their healthcare and benefits when they need them most.

If you have 3 to 7 years of experience, a sharp eye for detail, and the agility to own a project from launch to delivery, let's talk.

Responsibilities

• Own the Creative Suite: You will breathe life into Open Enrollment campaigns, taking charge of employee benefit guides, postcards, posters, and high-impact presentations.
• Master the System: Take the reigns of 14 core design and communication templates, customizing them to deliver tailored, crystal-clear messages for diverse corporate clients.
• Direct Client Impact: Partner cross-functionally with clients, consultants, and HR organizations to strategize and execute seamless Open Enrollment announcements.
• Drive End-to-End Execution: Manage moderately complex marketing projects from scope to final distribution, ensuring every deadline is crushed and every stakeholder is aligned.
• Be the Gatekeeper of Quality: In a small, nimble team, your obsession with accuracy means you catch the minor typos before they go live to thousands of readers.
• True Remote Autonomy: Enjoy the freedom of a fully remote 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule, backed by a supportive team culture that values collaboration over micromanagement.
