CDR ProSource is seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Operator II for a full-time opportunity in Three Rivers, MI. This position is ideal for a candidate with previous CNC machining experience who is comfortable operating production equipment, following work instructions, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety in a manufacturing environment.

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour

Requirements

• Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or machining environment.

• Ability to operate CNC equipment safely and efficiently.

• Ability to follow work instructions, production specifications, and established procedures.

• Basic understanding of machining processes and CNC operations.

• Ability to inspect finished parts and identify quality issues.

• Ability to use basic measuring tools and equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC Operator or related machining experience preferred.

• Familiarity with CNC machine setup and operation.

• Basic knowledge of blueprints, drawings, or manufacturing specifications preferred.

• Ability to perform basic machine adjustments as needed.

• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with a manufacturing environment.
