Maintenance Mechanic

As a Maintenance Mechanic at JLL, you'll play a vital role in keeping our clients' facilities running smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for the operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned properties. This hands-on position combines independent work with collaborative team efforts, where you'll perform preventive maintenance, respond to repair requests, and conduct facility inspections to ensure optimal building performance. From maintaining HVAC systems to addressing interior repairs and supporting operational needs, you'll help create safe, functional environments where our clients and their teams can thrive.
