Audit Associate

HR General Support Temp

Location: Bridgewater, NJ - hybrid

The associate in this position is responsible for a large quantity of administrative duties including, but not limited to, timely entering of new hire information in the automated HR System (Workday), processing the corresponding new-hire paperwork, working closely with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly pay for new hires and auditing of government forms including W-4 and I-9 forms. The HR General Support Temp is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service and is a great teammate within the department.

What You'll Do:

• Ensures timely and accurate entry in Workday on the associate's new hire information as submitted through the Recruiting and Onboarding system.
• Ensures State and Federal documents (I-9's, W-4, Minor Work Permits etc.) are present and comply with applicable laws in addition to meeting Company's Policy and Procedure requirements.
• Verifies the integrity and completion of all New Hire documents to meet or exceed the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal Audit.
• Verifies and corrects (if necessary) in Workday the associates personal information upon receipt of paperwork.
• Special administrative projects as needed.

What You'll Bring:

• 1-2 years of administrative or Human Resources experience preferred.
• College degree preferred, comparable work experience acceptable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Detail oriented and organization ability. Self-starter, flexible and analytical. PC skills (MS Word, Excel). Knowledge of Workday HR system a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42682.00 - $42682.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
