Become a part of our growing, dynamic team and we'll help you develop your career to a level that will exceed your expectations. \n \n \n \n \n \n Pay, benefits and more. \n \n \n We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more. \n \n \n \n \n \n What you’ll do on a typical day: \n \n \n \n \n Identify facility design requirements based on activity levels, product dimensional profiles and product flow and transportation methods \n \n \n \n \n \n Specify material handling and storage equipment solutions \n \n \n \n \n \n Recognize and specify use of automation where justified \n \n \n \n \n \n Identify office equipment and facility up-fit requirements \n \n \n \n \n \n Create equipment andoperatingsupply lists,and provide purchase requisitions \n \n \n \n \n \n Develop IT equipment (hardware and cabling) requirements based on activity levels and work content \n \n \n \n \n \n Establish tasks and processes required to complete proposed work content \n \n \n \n What you need to succeed atGXO: \n \n \n At a minimum, you’ll need: \n \n \n \n \n Bachelor's degree in Engineeringorarelated field, or equivalentrelatedworkor militaryexperience \n \n \n \n \n \n 2 years of engineering experience in supply chain management, logistics, warehousing or a related field \n \n \n \n \n \n Experience withMicrosoft Office \n \n \n \n \n \n Experience in an AS9100 or ISO9001 production environment \n \n \n \n It’d be great if you also have: \n \n \n \n \n \n \n APICS certification \n \n \n \n \n \n Third-PartyLogistics (3PL) experience \n \n \n \n \n \n Extensive experience in quality, engineering, lean manufacturing and work cell manufacturing; ability to identify best practices in a high-volume production environment \n \n \n \n \n \n Experience with analytical tools such as flowcharts, Pareto charts, cause and effect diagrams, run charts, etc. \n \n \n \n \n \n Project and resource management experience \n \n \n \n We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains. \n \n #LI-BH2 \n \n \n \n GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
