Java Developer

Software Developer
Location: Complete Remote (Locals only to Irving/Dallas TX area)
Duration: 07+ Months Contract (Possible Extension)
Position Summary:
The Software Developer has excellent knowledge of at least one programming language, also requires proficiency in Java 8 deployment. Will work closely with our business partners in a Safe Agile Methodology to understand requirements and deliver agreed-upon solutions. An ideal candidate will also have an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.
Critical skill:
- Proficient in Java 8
- Experience developing applications using Spring Framework
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as AngularJS, React, Material
- Works with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS)
- Proven experience as an application/web developer, microservice architecture, and using cloud-based services.
- Experience in designing and building applications
- Understand software design and programming principles.
Additional Knowledge Skills:
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Azure Cloud ecosystems
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Attention to detail and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills but with the ability to work independent.
