Salary $125,000-$145,000Data Analyst /Data Engineer (Healthcare)Location: Downtown Dallas, TX (In-Office)Company: Priority Management GroupAbout the RolePriority Management Group is seeking a Data Engineer with strong analytics capabilities to help build and scale our internal data infrastructure. This role will play a critical part in designing how our organization collects, organizes, and analyzes operational, financial, and clinical data across our healthcare facilities.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building data pipelines and infrastructure, but also has the ability to analyze the data and turn it into actionable insights for leadership.You will work closely with our IT, finance, and operations teams to transform raw data from multiple systems into reliable dashboards and reports that drive better decision-making across the company.This is a full-time, in-office role located in Downtown Dallas.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analytics & ReportingDevelop and maintain operational, financial, and clinical dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BIWrite advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validationUse Python for automation, data cleaning, and advanced analysisBuild recurring reports related to:Census trendsReimbursement & payer mixLabor productivityClinical performance metricsRevenue cycle metricsData Engineering & InfrastructureDesign, build, and maintain data pipelines and centralized datasets from multiple healthcare systemsDevelop processes for data ingestion, transformation, and validationBuild and maintain a scalable internal data warehouse or data storage environmentEnsure data quality, governance, and consistency across multiple platformsAutomate manual reporting and data workflowsBusiness CollaborationPartner with operations, finance, and executive leadership to identify performance gapsTranslate complex business questions into data-driven insightsProvide analytics that support strategic and operational decision-makingRequired Qualifications2–5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or a similar roleStrong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, performance optimization)Strong Python skills (pandas, automation scripts, data transformation)Experience building Tableau and/or Power BI dashboardsExperience building data pipelines or structured datasetsStrong understanding of KPIs, reporting metrics, and business analyticsSelf-starter with the ability to work independentlyStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with healthcare, SNF, or post-acute care datasetsExperience with data warehouses or cloud storage platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, etc.)Experience integrating data from multiple software systems or APIsFamiliarity with ETL/ELT processesWhat We OfferOpportunity to build the data infrastructure for a growing healthcare organizationWork directly with executive leadership and operations teamsHigh visibility role with the ability to make a measurable impactCompetitive salary based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
