Onsite Staffing Manager

Job Overview Randstad Inhouse Services is currently looking for a site coordinator to join their team in Traverse City, MI.

The RIS Site Coordinator will contribute to the execution of RIS work processes via support of the onsite account team directly supporting the client’s specific strategic and operational goals. Recruiting experience is a must. This person will specialize in ensuring compliance and coordinating efforts pertaining to unemployment hearings, applicant screenings (background, assessments, drug testing), safety, payroll, I-9s, talent records and workers compensation.

salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Position summary:

Developing and maintaining a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirements.

Participating in the hiring process by administering skill assessments, processing applications, and references.

Coordinating onsite and external drug testing efforts.

Completing and auditing payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.

Distributing safety equipment and maintaining the necessary inventory.

Facilitating new hire orientation classes.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Skills: Ability to develop working relationships with all levels.

The typical work schedule is approximately 40 hours per week. Shift time may vary during peak and non-peak seasons.
