Compensation:

$42,000 - $45,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Lead daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences and uphold our commitment to excellence.
Collaborate with department heads to implement strategies that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Foster a positive team environment by mentoring staff, promoting professional growth, and recognizing achievements.
Oversee financial performance by managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Coordinate with the General Manager to develop and execute strategic plans that align with our business goals.
Address guest feedback promptly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement and guest satisfaction enhancement.

Qualifications:

Experience in hotel management or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful teams.
Ability to collaborate effectively with department heads to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Proven track record of managing budgets and monitoring expenses to optimize financial performance.
Strong leadership skills to mentor staff, promote professional growth, and recognize achievements.
Ability to ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Experience in addressing guest feedback promptly and effectively, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans in coordination with the General Manager, aligning with business goals.
