Senior Field Reimbursement Manager-Oncology-Atlanta, GA/Jacksonville, FL

Discover Your Role Work cross-functionally with multiple field teams (Regional Directors, Oncology Medical Specialists, Key Account & Payer teams) as Reimbursement/Payer Subject Matter Expert to support the healthcare provider segment. Provide reimbursement support/education to physician offices on payer policies, billing & coding, and Regeneron Patient & Practice services to streamline acquisition and reimbursement of Regeneron products. Build relationships within targeted provider offices to help resolve prior authorization and reimbursement issues that may be barriers to product access, in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures. Assist providers in identifying claims, coding, and process issues; provide guidance on claims appeal processes. Stay current on reimbursement requirements and coverage policy changes from federal/state governments and managed care organizations. Adapt to customer reimbursement/support needs and market changes. Build foundational relationships within payer segments to ensure appropriate product education and support. This Role Requires Bachelor’s degree. At least 5 years of field reimbursement experience; Buy and Bill market experience. Oncology experience preferred. Submit individual development goals, territory business plan, monthly activity reports, expense reports, and other requested reports. Complete assignments/projects timely. Demonstrate territory planning and time management to cover assigned geography. Meet or exceed performance standards in target account activity. Provide sales support by distributing reimbursement materials and assisting physician offices and Medical Specialists; track and report trends via the territory assist hotline and improve customer support.
