Team Leader responsibilities include adhering to the departments standard operating procedures; meeting and exceeding financial goals including gross profit, shrink, sales, labor and department over-head. Team Leaders are responsible for ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Assistant Grocery Department Team LeaderThe Assistant Grocery Team Lead supports the Grocery Team Leader in overseeing the daily operations of the grocery department. This role plays a key part in ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining department standards, and supporting team development.
