RN Acute Care Float Pool

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting, utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, prioritizing safety, wellness, and patient-centered approaches. Supports clinical education by precepting new staff and embracing ongoing learning. Key Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care in specialty units with moderate to high patient acuity. Support and participate in specialty education and competency validation through clinical educators. Contribute to safety and quality initiatives at the point of care. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved by the state board. Current RN licensure in the state. Minimum of 6 months RN experience. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association or Red Cross, with a valid card.
