Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel Job

Respiratory Therapist Position

We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification
• NC licensure
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• RRT or CRT
• 2 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
• Experience in critical care, CVICU, NICU, ED, progressive care, and floor therapies

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1900-0700
• Standard hours: 36 hours per week
• Assignment length: 13 weeks
• Floating required across the region based on patient care needs and within scope of practice
• Experience with EPIC EMR and equipment including Servo ventilators, Trilogy, ResMed AirCurve, HiFlow, Airvo, NOXbox, and bubble cpap
