Registered Nurse - Weekend Nights
This is a 13-week contract position.
Shift: Every third weekend from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients during weekend night shifts, ensuring their safety and comfort while adhering to all protocols and practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing assessments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient interactions and care accurately in the electronic health record.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventative care.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR and BLS certifications.
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Completion of required health screenings and immunizations, including COVID-19 and Hepatitis B.
