Administrative Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)

• Prepare and process customer invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
• Answer and direct phone calls while providing professional and friendly customer service.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer, sales, and financial records within company systems.
• Assist with sales and purchasing activities, including order processing, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Support daily administrative operations, reporting, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Administrative Associate Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative, accounting, or business experience preferred.
• Previous experience with QuickBooks, invoicing, accounts receivable, or general office administration preferred.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
