We are currently in search of a Physician Assistant (PA) to join our collaborative primary care practice in Johns Creek, GA!

We seek providers who are passionate about excellence and eager to drive positive change while serving individuals of all ages in our community.

We provide:

  • A comprehensive clinical and operational framework that empowers providers to deliver exceptional patient care.

  • Access to clinical leaders, including APP Directors, to facilitate knowledge-sharing across a network of colleagues who are transforming primary care.

  • Cross-trained care management and population health teams, including pharmacists and social workers, integrated within clinics and virtually to support our primary care providers in delivering holistic care.

  • An intuitive, optimized EMR system with full telehealth capabilities, including access to a virtual scribe via Suki, which alleviates administrative burdens.

  • Flexible scheduling options that prioritize work/life balance for our Advanced Practice Providers.

  • Strong clinical leadership support to enhance provider success, including dedicated one-on-one time during quarterly meetings with leadership, as well as practice and town hall meetings that promote clear communication and foster strong relationships among colleagues.

Essential Personal and Professional Skills:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program and current certification.

  • Preferred but not mandatory: Two or more years of outpatient clinical experience as a Physician Assistant.

  • Comfortable treating both pediatric and adult patients, conducting thorough health histories and physical assessments for individuals and families with acute, chronic, or potential health issues.

  • Possession of a current, unrestricted license in the practicing state or eligibility for licensure.

  • Active registration with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) or eligibility for registration.

  • Must have active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or be eligible to enroll.

  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; experience with Athena is preferred.
