We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Machine Technician with a strong interest in technology and problem-solving. This role supports the preparation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance before deployment to customers.

Machine Mechanic Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 26.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hardware, and software issues
• Repair or replace malfunctioning components as needed
• Assemble and disassemble machinery and related equipment
• Perform system testing and run initial batches to ensure operational efficiency
• Calibrate and adjust equipment to meet optimal performance standards
• Clean and maintain machinery, including lubrication and routine upkeep
• Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and manufacturers to ensure full functionality

Machine Mechanic Qualifications:

• IT, electrical engineering, HVAC, industrial maintenance experience welcome to apply!
• Previous machine technician or preventative maintenance experience
• Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn quickly
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
