You prioritize food safety standards and procedures to guarantee top-notch quality. What you bring to the table: Minimum of one year of restaurant work experience. High school diploma or GED (additional education or military experience is a plus). Proven leadership skills in managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving, customer service, and decision-making abilities. Excellent at giving and receiving direction. Flexible availability to work varying shifts. You must be willing and able to: Travel to different Wendy’s locations as required. Stay active and on your feet for most of your shift. Occasionally lift up to 25-50 lbs.
