AI GTM Engineer

To enhance the go-to-market execution, the full-time AI GTM Engineer will design, build, and scale AI-enabled workflows remotely, collaborating with various teams to improve marketing productivity and integration of AI tools. Key responsibilities Design and implement AI workflows to enhance GTM productivity and consistency across marketing motions Partner with teams to integrate AI workflows with existing GTM systems and evaluate tools for business value Build AI-assisted content workflows to improve the creation, adaptation, and governance of GTM materials Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or applied AI in a B2B SaaS environment Hands-on experience in building workflows and AI-enabled solutions that enhance business processes Strong ability to translate business needs into practical workflow designs and systems Experience with structured content and automation logic in cross-functional environments Proven execution discipline, including documentation, testing, and prioritization
