Job Description: As a Motor Coach Operator at Damaris Express Inc, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional transportation services to our clients. You will be responsible for safely operating our motor coaches, ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers, and maintaining the cleanliness and mechanical soundness of the vehicles. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate motor coaches in accordance with all traffic laws and company policies. Provide excellent customer service to passengers, including assisting with boarding, disembarking, and answering questions. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain a clean and comfortable interior environment for passengers. Monitor and report any vehicle maintenance issues to the maintenance department. Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures. Maintain accurate records of hours worked, miles driven, and passenger counts. Qualifications: Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a Passenger Endorsement (P) and Air Brakes. Clean driving record with no recent accidents or violations. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Previous experience as a Motor Coach Operator or similar role is a plus. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Benefits: Competitive salary. Health insurance options.
