Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary The Front Desk Supervisor (Float) reports to the Center Operations Director and/or Clinical Dyad leader and is responsible for organizing and directing the front desk operations, ensuring quality patient care, managing staff schedules, and maintaining high standards of compliance and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the front desk team (Care Facilitators and other staff), set performance goals, coach, and foster engagement and retention. Promote company values and culture, maintain 100% patient assignment, schedule high‑risk patients bi‑weekly, and manage post‑discharge follow‑ups immediately. Partner with the growth team to ensure THV‑EE and CMAP scheduling completion and oversee scheduling gaps and ENS notifications. Serve as the first point of contact for escalated patient issues, resolve concerns, and support PCP scheduling while preventing double/over/under booking. Handle medical release form reviews, e‑fax folder checks, phone message routing, and after‑hours patient records updates. Troubleshoot dashboard, phone, and computer issues, and order office supplies to keep the center inventory up to date. Assume Care Facilitator duties when needed, covering front desk tasks and supporting the VIP experience and new patient orientation. Key Skills & Knowledge Business acumen and operational expertise with a deep understanding of regulatory standards and laws affecting healthcare operations. Excellent critical reasoning, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills for analyzing situations, determining risks, and implementing preventive solutions. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks, meet short deadlines, and shift priorities. Leadership and coaching abilities demonstrated through training, facilitation, and ongoing team development. Proficiency in EMR systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and basic IT tools. Effective communication with employees, patients, and stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner. Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationwide up to 10% of the time. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Some college coursework preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a medical facility. Ability to lead and coach teams to drive positive outcomes and excellence. BLS for Healthcare Providers certification desired. Pay Range $20.20 – $28.83 per hour. Final compensation depends on experience, education, location, and other factors. The position may also be eligible for bonuses or commissions.
