Norman Regional Health System N eonatal I ntensive C are U nit is a 25 bed Level III unit with a Neonatal Ground Transport Team. We focus on family-centered care. We have 5 Neonatologist on staff. • Collaboration with other health professionals, assessment & analyzing assessment data
• Establishing goals, planning care strategy, establishing priorities of care, implementing care
• Delegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating responses to interventions
• Performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
• Performing pulse oximetry monitoring and computer skills.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) - Required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
• Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) - Preferred
• Previous experience in healthcare field - Preferred (If no work experience, will consider school attendance and performance records)
• BLS - Required
• NRP - Required (within 6 months of hire if not current)
• STABLE Certification - Preferred
• Perinatal Continuing Education Program (PCEP) - Preferred
