Senior Financial Analyst

• Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into sales, supply chain, and operational performance metrics.

• Collaborate with business leaders across multiple departments to establish key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting requirements, and data visualization solutions that support informed decision-making.

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data utilized in reporting and analytics while continuously improving dashboard functionality and user experience.

• Perform detailed financial and operational analyses, including variance analysis, trend evaluations, profitability assessments, and performance measurement to identify business drivers and improvement opportunities.

• Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to management through clear, data-driven reporting and analysis.

• Support business planning initiatives through financial modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and evaluation of strategic opportunities.

• Assist with annual budgeting activities and periodic forecasting processes by partnering with department leaders to develop assumptions and align financial plans with operational objectives.

• Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions as needed.

• Serve as a strategic business partner to Operations, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and Merchandising teams by providing financial guidance, reporting support, and analytical insights.

• Develop expertise in distribution operations, route profitability, pricing strategies, and product performance to support operational and financial decision-making.

• Lead and support special projects focused on process optimization, reporting enhancements, and business performance improvement initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to strengthen data quality, automate reporting processes, improve analytical capabilities, and drive greater operational efficiency across the organization.
