As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities. Your role will involve implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients improve their social, communication, and daily living skills. Responsibilities The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans - Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies - Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records - Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions - Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA Experience The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) requires prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities - Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will need the ability to work effectively with children and adolescents - Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus - Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices Patient Demographics Children Schedule After school Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Weekends only Work Setting In-person In-Home Private school School Work Location In person INDURB #J-18808-Ljbffr
