Part-time opportunities available to support work-life balance Behavior Technician (Paraprofessional) Compensation and Schedule Position: ABA Behavior Technician Location: Millville, New Jersey Job Type: Part time Schedule : Monday- Thursday; 4:00pm-8:00pm ( 2 hours per day) Salary: $18 - $25 per hour Key Responsibilities Deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy based on BCBA-developed plans Track client progress through data collection Support skill-building in communication, socialization, and daily living Collaborate with families for consistent treatment Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred. Ability to pass background check. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
