Physical Therapist (PT)We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation team in Skokie, IL. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals in a patient-centered environment treating orthopedic and rheumatologic conditions. New graduates are encouraged to apply.Schedule:Monday-Thursday7:30 AM - 5:30 PM4-day work weekNo eveningsNo weekendsNo on-call responsibilitiesResponsibilities:Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide evidence-based physical therapy for orthopedic and rheumatologic conditions.Establish functional goals and monitor patient progress.Educate patients on rehabilitation plans and home exercise programs.Collaborate with physicians regarding patient progress and treatment recommendations.Complete documentation using an electronic medical record (EMR) system.Supervise support staff as needed.Determine appropriate discharge plans.Coordinate post-operative patient evaluations and provide rehabilitation guidance.Patient Caseload:Approximately 12 patients per day45-minute one-on-one treatment sessionsQualifications:Required:Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.Active Illinois Physical Therapist License.Authorization to work in the United States.New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is preferred.Preferred:Dry Needling Certification or willingness to obtain certification (certification costs covered by the employer).Pelvic Floor Certification is a plus.Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills.Benefits:4-day work weekComprehensive Health InsuranceLife & AD&D InsuranceVision & Dental Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanSafe Harbor & Profit SharingPaid Time Off (PTO)Continuing Education (CEU/CME) AssistanceLicense Reimbursement
