How the Network Engineer Senior Will Make an Impact

• Plan, engineer, and support MPE network capabilities aligned to MPE Network Engineering.
• Analyze network performance, interoperability, and resiliency needs across mission partner environments.
• Provide tactical data link expertise to support joint, coalition, and mission partner interoperability.
• Coordinate technical requirements involving operational communications, network integration, and data exchange across partner environments.
• Collaborate with USPACOM J6 stakeholders, service components, mission partners, and GDIT team members to resolve technical challenges.
• Prepare clear technical documentation, briefings, status inputs, and recommendations for customer and internal leadership.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Technical training, certification(s), or equivalent experience; degree not explicitly required by the external labor category.
• 8+ years of relevant experience supporting the role, mission area, or equivalent DoD/enterprise IT environment.
• Tactical data links; joint/coalition interoperability; MPE network integration; operational coordination; technical analysis; mission partner communications.
• Final Secret security clearance level.
• Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, technical writing, customer engagement, and ability to coordinate across engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and mission partner teams.
• Experience supporting USPACOM, combatant command, service component, or joint/coalition mission environments. Experience working in government site environments and coordinating with military and civilian stakeholders. Experience with mission partner, coalition, tactical, or multi-enclave networking.
• On customer site at JBPH-H.

The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $141,450. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
