Xfinity Retail Sales Consultant (Seattle, Westlake)

Job Summary $28.99+ hourly (Pay is $21.30/hr. + $1300/mo. targeted commission). Responsibilities Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence. Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store. Answer any questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Provide expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and stand/move constantly around the store. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Adjust to a full‑time, flexible, variable work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision coverage.
