In this energetic role, you will coordinate jobs with other departments such as warranty and parts, dispatching techs to locations based on proximity and abilities and provide top-tier support to clients and drivers alike. Your proactive communication skills and organizational prowess will drive efficiency across our network. This position offers competitive pay based on experience, knowledge, and skill. Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems, cell phone, and emails to ensure clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Enter data accurately into platforms
• Create estimates
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships through phone call management and internal communication channels.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience
• Speak Spanish (Preferred but not required)
• Willing to learn
• Demonstrate acceptance of responsibility and accountability
• Punctual
• Reliable
• Self-Motivated
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for data entry, analysis, and reporting purposes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems and demonstrate proper phone etiquette.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze logistical data for process improvements and problem-solving initiatives.
• High level of attention to detail combined with strong typing skills for accurate data entry.
