General Manager THIS POSITION REPORTS TO: DISTRICT MANAGER Goal: Guide a team to deliver excellence in customer service as the premier car wash company in our community focused on excellence in customer service with every interaction, every time. WHY PEOPLE LOVE WORKING HERE: Competitive salary and benefits Focus on career development Our company values: Team Player, Excellence, Ambition, Respect Family oriented/Great culture KEY ROLES AND ACCOUNTABILITY: LMA (Leadership, Management, and Accountability) Meet or exceed scorecard goals for your location Attend weekly GM meetings and support fellow GM's in your district Ensure facility cleanliness and operations meet company standards Demonstrate and support company values DUTIES: Leadership - be a role model for your team leading with integrity and a positive work ethic Scheduling and maintenance - manage work schedules for proper coverage and breaks, meet all cleaning schedules, report maintenance situations as soon as you are aware Team Player - be a backup for your team and other GM's in case of emergencies Sales - meet scorecard goals in terms of sales of new memberships Marketing - submit community sponsorship requests to the marketing leader for consideration. Training - train your team on company car wash operational processes, and current promotional sales campaigns, and membership sales Company Operations - new employee onboarding, incident reporting, and ongoing coaching/training of your staff. Customer Focus - respond to any customer complaints and cancellation requests utilizing company preferred apps and programs or in person Cleanliness - maintain a clean facility Address people's issues with your staff related to core values, GWC (get it, want it, capable), attendance and work performance according to company procedure. WHAT YOU NEED: 2+ years of experience in a similar role with demonstrated leadership and sales experience. Experience in a similar industry is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience with technology including computers, iPad, and software such as Slack, and willingness to learn our Point of Sale system. (POS) Ability to work both independently and as a team player in a close-knit sales team Proactive learner; ambitious and success-driven Able to multitask and prioritize without losing focus Wanting to fit in a great culture and have fun!
