OnSite Dealer Solutions is seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide remote technical support to employees, field staff, and approved external users. The role handles requests from routine user assistance to more advanced troubleshooting and supports SERV and daily IT operations. The candidate will report to IT leadership, work independently when possible, and escalate issues as needed.
