Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Dispatcher
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Dispatchers are the voice of the company the calm, confident, and caring professionals who turn stressful moments into solutions. If you take pride in helping people, staying organized, and being the steady hand that keeps the day moving smoothly, you'll feel right at home here. Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails
- Schedule service appointments
- Assist customers with memberships and service inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records in ServiceTitan
- Coordinate communication between customers and technicians
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Hours: 7:30 AM4:00 PM
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year experience in office setting or customer service experience required
- Preferred experience in skilled trades or home services companies
- Strong phone and email etiquette
- Comfortable working on a computer throughout the day
- Experience in home services or trades industry preferred
- ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
