If you have hands-on experience with FTTH (Fiber to the Home) installations, this is an opportunity to join a professional team delivering high-quality fiber internet installations across Michigan. We're looking for technicians who take pride in providing excellent customer service, completing quality installations, and helping connect communities through reliable fiber networks. Schedule Monday–Friday Typical hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (schedule may vary) Weekend work may be required based on business needs Work Location Service areas include: Grand Rapids, MI Lansing, MI Travel throughout the assigned service area is required. Responsibilities Perform FTTH residential fiber installations and service activations Install, troubleshoot, and repair fiber internet services Test fiber connections and verify service quality Educate customers on installed equipment and services Complete work orders and service documentation accurately Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment Follow company quality and safety standards Requirements Previous FTTH or fiber optic installation experience Experience troubleshooting fiber internet services Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions White work truck required Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends $25–$38 per hour, depending on experience Health insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Opportunities for career growth and advancement If you're an experienced Fiber Technician looking to join a growing team and help expand high-speed fiber connectivity across Michigan, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
