Senior Software Engineer

YO AI Labs, a remote-first AI software company, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to build reinforcement learning environments and evaluation tasks using MCP tools. Design reproducible scenarios, deterministic verification, and reference solutions for bugs, features, refactors, and performance improvements.

Candidates should be strong in Python, Java, Rust, C++, or TypeScript, with solid CS fundamentals and experience debugging complex systems. This contractor role is ~15 hours/week, fully remote.
