Operations Leader: Safety, Lean & Team Excellence

Ford Motor Company in Michigan is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a skilled hourly team on the shop floor, driving safety, quality and on-time output. You will translate strategic goals into daily actions, coach teams, and apply data-driven problem solving to reduce downtime and defects. The role requires a 3–7+ year supervisory background, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with PLC controls.
