Coordinating the preparation of loan and lease packages, the full-time Home Equity Closing Specialist will manage compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines while communicating with various stakeholders to ensure timely document gathering and problem resolution in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Prepare loan/lease packages in compliance with policies, regulations, and investor standards Communicate with clients, realtors, and title companies to resolve inquiries and gather necessary documentation Calculate final closing costs and coordinate the closing and funding of assigned loan packages Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Four to six years of relevant experience Thorough knowledge of legal documents for loan processing Ability to identify and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
